About these terms

This website and the sessions it describes are provided by Oh So Good Equine and Livestock Services, LLC, a California limited liability company based in Lakeside, California ("we", "us" or "I"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a session.

Part 1: Session terms

A wellness service. MagnaWave PEMF and red light sessions are a wellness service that supports relaxation, comfort and circulation. They are not veterinary care and are not a substitute for it. I don't diagnose, prescribe or give veterinary advice, and nothing on this site or said during a session should be taken that way. I work alongside your veterinarian.

Your vet comes first. If your animal is injured, lame, ill, has recently had surgery or is under a vet's care, please get your veterinarian's OK before booking, using the MagnaWave Veterinarian Referral Form. Please tell me about any health concerns, medications or devices before the session starts.

Release form before every session. A signed release form is required before every session, for every animal. The owner, or an adult the owner has authorized, must sign it. For junior exhibitors, a parent or guardian signs. You can download the MagnaWave and red light release forms ahead of time. No signed release, no session.

Safety on the day. Please have your animal caught and ready, and make sure it can be handled safely. I may shorten, pause or stop a session if I believe the animal, the people around it or I could be at risk, or if the animal is not comfortable continuing.

Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the session you booked.

Prices and offers. Prices are listed on the Prices page and may change at any time. The price you're quoted when you book is the price you pay for that booking. Specials and seasonal offers run for a limited time and can't be combined unless I say so.

Group and event days. Group, event and show rates apply when the conditions on the Barn, show & club days page are met, such as four or more animals at one location, or booking at least two weeks ahead.

Payment. Payment is due as agreed when you book. If you pay online, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor.

Results vary. Every animal is different. I can't promise any particular result from a session, and descriptions or stories on this site are not a guarantee of how your animal will respond.

Part 2: Website terms

Using this site. You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it, try to break it, or copy it in bulk.

Our content. The text, photos, logo and design on this site belong to Oh So Good Equine and Livestock Services, LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking first. You're welcome to share a link.

Information on this site. I try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but the site is provided "as is" and may contain mistakes or out-of-date details. General information about PEMF and red light is for education only and is not veterinary advice.

Other websites. This site links to services run by others, such as Calendly for booking, Instagram, Facebook and MagnaWave. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Your information. How we handle the information you share is explained in our Privacy policy.

Part 3: General

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Oh So Good Equine and Livestock Services, LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Liability for sessions is set out in the release form you sign before each session.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on this page when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
